Radtreeview not updating
If we update any properties of a contained class, it doesn’t raise any notifications. If I have an Observable Collection of Person object and it is bind to a Tree View.
If I add or remove person object from the Observable Collection I will be able to see the changes in my Tree View also.
When you need to expand or collapse all the items recursively for a given item use the Expand All() and Collapse All() methods of the Rad Tree View Item respectively.
When you need to expand/collapse all the nodes in the tree use Expand All() and Collapse All() methods of the Rad Tree View.
For now, it is not possible to utilize filtering or paging, however, we will add support for these in the Q1 2012 release. it is not possible to perform update/insert/delete on the data source.
In order to do this you should use the Expand Item By Path() method of the Rad Tree View.
The Open Data Protocol (OData) is an open web protocol for querying and updating data.
The protocol allows for a consumer to query a data source over the HTTP protocol and get the result back in formats like Atom, JSON or plain XML, including pagination, ordering or filtering of the data.
Workaround the issue by using the Begin Update/End Update methods of Rad Tree View when updating the nodes: rad Tree View1.
Forth from Q3 2011, Rad Tree View can be bound to an OData service.
